What references/documents do you need to apply for a property?
3x payslips, 3x bank statements, proof of address & photo ID.
Do you accept benefits?
We definitely do, however, some landlords do have stipulations in the mortgage or leaseholders agreement so always best to discuss with us first.
If you have a CCJ can you still apply?
Of course!
It's always best to be up front with any adverse details so we can properly reference anything discovered which hasn't been disclosed will result in your application being unacceptable.
How can I book it?
If you've seen a property on Rightmove, click the 'Request Details' button on the property you are interested in and fill in your details.
Do you accept pets?
We certainly do, again, some landlords have stipulations in leasehold agreements especially with apartments however let us know and we'll confirm.
What is the minimum affordability to rent?
The minimum affordability criteria is 3 times the yearly rent e.g. if your rent is £1000 pcm, times this by 12 and then by 3 (your affordability would be £36,000).
How long does referencing take?
Up to one week, but have a look at our tenant timeline to get an idea of where you're up to on your application.
Will the property be professionally cleaned before moving in?
100% - unless you have otherwise specified or need to move-in before we have chance, the property will always be cleaned before you move in.
Do all adults have to be on the tenancy agreement?
Yes, all people over the age of 18 should be named on the tenancy agreement however please let us know if you're unsure.
